Customer Care Training

What a fantastic day I spent last week.  A new client who runs Pleasure Boat Cruises on the River Thames from London wanted their staff trained in Customer Care before the new season started.  I took our workshop up to town and got on the boat which then went out into the middle of the river where we moored up in the shadow of the London Eye and bobbed up and down as we explored all the important parts of Customer Care.  I hope my delegates enjoyed it as much as I did.
